WHEW! This weekend was Butler County's Junior Miss 2011. Wow, have I been BUSY. Since my friend fellow board member, Lauren, just gave birth to beautiful baby Carsyn..the choreography all fell to me. I don't think I realized when I agreed to do it just how stressful it was going to be. But, what a sense of fulfillment when it all came together! I could not be more proud of our 6 girls this year. They were each SO deserving. Such bright, beautiful young ladies! There are some beautiful pictures here. If you're not familiar, Junior Miss is a scholarship program for young ladies about to enter their senior year of high school. It is NOT a beauty pageant. The ladies are judged in 5 areas: scholastics, interview, fitness, poise, and talent. These are outstanding young women..and I can't wait to support our newest...Lori Fail...at state in January!

WOW. Choreography for something like that is HUGE! I am so impressed you did it all by yourself. Way to go!
Me again...just wanted to say thank you for your sweet words of encouragement to me. I appreciate you! You amaze me. i don't know how you keep it all together with two boys and working full time! Not to mention having the presence of mind to run home and throw a load in, etc. Wow. So anyway, thank you. You really encourage me and I appreciate you.
