Baby Update

Well, we had an amnio on the 26th, and were all prepared to introduce baby Isaac into the world on the 27th. BUT, my OB called with the amnio results and said that Isaac's lungs are still really immature. So, it looks like we will wait another 2 weeks and try again. They can't give me steriods since they run my blood sugars up. And, since diabetics have big babies, we're sure now that in two weeks I will have to deliver him by C-section. Until then, we just wait. Pray that he continues to be healthy and that his little lungs get ready. Samuel was ready and very healthy by this point, I delivered him at 36 weeks. Maybe this is a sign that baby Isaac is going to be a little more laid back that my full-steam-ahead-Samuel!
